3. Pay attention to the internal and external dimensions. Most finished bookcases will not be designed according to the height and width of different books, wasting space. Therefore, when designing the bookcase, you should design the style according to your situation.

4. Design the bookcase according to the number of books. If there are few books at home, you can not use the bookcase. It is recommended to choose the bookshelf with a strong sense of furnishings. In addition to storing books, the bookshelf also has the function of partitioning and displaying displays. In this case, the placement of books shall not damage the display effect of displayed works of art or collections. If there are many books at home, many practical problems should be considered when designing bookshelves, such as whether to add a sliding door to prevent dust; Do you need a ladder so that you can climb up and sort out books; Whether it is necessary to embed lamps in the cabinet to supplement lighting, etc.

5. The load-bearing capacity of bookshelves should be carefully considered. This mainly depends on the span and thickness of the laminate. The thinnest laminate is 1.5cm. If its span exceeds 80cm and the book is too heavy, it is easy to bend; If the span reaches 120 cm, 2.5 cm thick laminates will be used; The span of some imported bookshelves can reach 140 cm, or even longer, so the thickness of their laminates will reach 3.8 cm.
